2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:
Opened or used electronics (TVs, mobile phones, e-scooters, etc.).
Products that have been personalized or customized (e.g., engraved or modified products).
Items marked as final sale or clearance.
Gift cards and downloadable software or content.
3. How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:

Shipping the Return: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defective product or error on our part.

4. Refund Process

5. Restocking Fees
